1 Introduction

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. na777 reserves the right to request government-issued photographic identification (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) at any stage of the account lifecycle to verify your age and identity. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

na777 is designed for and directed toward players residing in Pakistan. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether online gaming is lawful in their specific location before registering. na777 makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. 3.3 Registration Accuracy

Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on na777. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. na777 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any associated balances or winnings may be voided.

4 Account Responsibility

4.1 Credentials Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. na777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any action taken through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — remains your responsibility unless you have notified na777 of a breach in writing without undue delay.

4.2 Notification of Breach

If you believe that your Account has been compromised, accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been disclosed to a third party, you must contact na777 support immediately at support@na777.vin. na777 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure or suspend the affected Account.

4.3 Account Inactivity

An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. na777 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its internal policy, after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact customer support.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

na777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). na777 does not accept third-party payments — the name on the payment account must match the name registered on your na777 Account.

5.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Players are advised to check current limits before initiating any transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Players are prohibited from using the Platform for any money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime activity.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

na777 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. Where the specific terms of a promotion conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real money balance. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible game contributions will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.3 Abuse of Promotions

na777 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has abused a promotional offer. 6.4 Expiry

Bonus credits and free bets are subject to expiry periods as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus funds that have expired will be removed from the Player's account without notice.

7 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of game rules is not grounds for a refund or dispute.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the na777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and may result in a report to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage;

• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Allowing minors or unauthorised third parties to use your Account;

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your na777 Account at any time by contacting customer support at support@na777.vin. Account closure requests are processed after all pending bets have been settled. Any real money balance remaining in a verified account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to satisfying all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus balance.

12.2 Termination by na777

na777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including where: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; na777 is required to do so by law or regulatory direction; or na777 ceases to offer services in the Player's jurisdiction. Where an Account is closed by na777 for a breach by the Player, outstanding balances and pending bets may be forfeited.

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
